Energy and incentives in Toronto
Your electricity comes through Toronto Hydro and natural gas through Enbridge Gas. Compressed air, vacuum and heat recovery projects can qualify for Save on Energy incentives from the IESO, and gas savings for Enbridge programs, when the savings are calculated and pre-approved before the order is placed.
Larger plants also pay Global Adjustment. Turning down air compressors during the summer peak hours can cut that bill for Class A customers.
