Home / Compressed air / Vacuum pumps and blowers
Vacuum, blowers and pneumatics, sized to the process.
Rotary vane, dry claw, variable speed screw and liquid ring vacuum pumps, rotary lobe blowers, and the pneumatic components that sit at each machine.
Vacuum pumps and blowers
Selected to the vacuum level, flow and process, with the contamination and heat the pump will see.
| Technology | Range | Typical use |
|---|---|---|
| Lubricated rotary vane | Rough vacuum, small to mid flows | Packaging, CNC hold down, pick and place |
| Dry claw | Rough vacuum, oil free exhaust | Woodworking, printing, central vacuum |
| Rotary screw vacuum | Variable speed, large central systems | Plant wide central vacuum, thermoforming |
| Liquid ring | Wet and vapour laden gas | Process, degassing, sterilizers, paper |
| Rotary piston and boosters | Deeper vacuum, boosters to about 12,000 cfm | Vacuum furnaces, coating, drying |
| Rotary lobe blowers | To about 9,000 cfm at 2 to 18 psig | Aeration, pneumatic conveying, vacuum excavation |
Cylinders
Double acting cylinders in standard bores and strokes for fixtures, clamps, presses and automation cells.
Directional valves
Solenoid, pilot and manually operated spool and poppet valves for single machines and valve banks.
Air preparation
Filter, regulator and lubricator units in compact, standard and high flow sizes, plus precision regulators.
Point of use
Moisture separators, fittings, rotary joints and engineered nozzles, so each machine gets clean, dry air at the right pressure.
Vacuum pumps and blowers questions
Still have a question? Call +1 647 717 6264 or send us a note.
Which vacuum pump do I need?
It depends on the vacuum level, the flow at that level, and what the pump will breathe: dust, vapour, liquid or clean air. Send the process and we will match the technology.
Is central vacuum better than pumps at each machine?
For several users, a central variable speed system often uses less energy and moves heat and noise out of the production area. Point of use pumps suit a few machines far apart.
Do you supply blowers for aeration and conveying?
Yes. Rotary lobe blower packages to about 9,000 cfm at 2 to 18 psig for wastewater aeration, pneumatic conveying and vacuum excavation.
Do you supply pneumatic components?
Yes. Cylinders, valves, filter regulator lubricators, fittings and engineered nozzles, stocked or quoted.
Tell us about the process.
Vacuum level, flow and what the pump will pull through it. We will come back with the right technology and a price.

How we take the risk out of a project
A big purchase from a specialist supplier should feel safer than one from a catalogue, not riskier. This is how every equipment order is handled.
Size, voltage and site fit are checked by our engineering team on every equipment order. If something does not fit, we call you before anything ships.
Scope, who does what, schedule, start-up and the acceptance test are agreed in writing before you issue the purchase order. No surprises at commissioning.
Rigging, piping, electrical connection and start-up are done by licensed service partners in Ontario, with one point of contact: us.
For energy projects we can log power, pressure and flow before and after, so the savings are measured against your own baseline. How an audit works.
Every product carries the manufacturer's standard warranty, stated in writing with the order.
Orders over $10,000 are paid on invoice, never up front by card. Never send money to new banking details received by email. Payment safety.
