The problem
Lugs, terminals and machined copper are small line items that stop a switchgear or transformer build when they are late, and domestic machine shops are often booked out.
What we supply
Mechanical lugs and aluminum connectors, terminal and neutral bars, machined copper busbar parts and contacts, brass terminal blocks, turned parts, stampings and custom fasteners.
How it is made
CNC turning and milling, stamping and plating in copper, brass, aluminum and steel alloys, with cross sections from about 3 to 500 mm and tolerances to 0.02 mm. ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 certified production.
Lead time and stock
Production parts quoted from your drawing, with North American warehousing for repeat items so releases ship on schedule.
