  1. Prices are in Canadian dollars, before tax. This quotation is valid for 30 days from the date above.
  2. Payment: card at checkout. Orders over $10,000 are paid on invoice. Approved company accounts pay on Net 30 terms against a purchase order.
  3. Parcel shipping across Canada is $40 up to 2 kg and $65 over 2 kg. Free pickup in Mississauga by appointment.
  4. Lead time: stocked items usually ship within 2 business days. Equipment and special items are confirmed in writing with the order.
  5. Returns within 7 days of delivery on unused items in original packaging, with prior authorization. A 15% restocking fee applies. Custom and special order items cannot be returned.
  6. Warranty is the manufacturer's standard warranty for each product. Details are on request.
