How buying from PRP Reps works.

Do your prices include freight and installation?
Prices are in Canadian dollars before tax. Parts and tooling ship by parcel: $40 up to 2 kg and $65 over 2 kg across Canada, or free pickup in Mississauga. Equipment (compressors, vacuum pumps, blowers and transformers) is priced FOB Mississauga; freight, rigging, electrical connection and start-up are quoted to your site before anything is ordered.
How do I pay?
By credit card at checkout. Orders over $10,000 are paid on invoice, so nothing is charged online. Approved business accounts pay on Net 30 terms against a purchase order.
Can I order with a purchase order?
Yes. Enter your PO number in the cart or on the formal quote. Approved business accounts check out on Net 30 terms; without an account, send the PO to sales@prpreps.ca and we invoice you.
How do I get a formal quote for purchasing?
Add items to your cart and open the formal quote page. It produces a numbered quotation in CAD, valid 30 days, that you can print, save as a PDF or send to us to confirm. We confirm within one business day.
Who checks that the equipment is the right size?
Every equipment order is checked by our engineering team for size, pressure, voltage and site fit before it is confirmed. If something does not fit, we call you before anything ships or is charged.
What are the lead times?
Stocked parts and tooling usually ship within 2 business days. Some thermal drilling tooling ships from the maker's North American warehouse in 5 to 10 business days. Equipment lead times are confirmed in writing with the order.
Who installs the equipment?
Installation, start-up and service are carried out by licensed service partners in Ontario. We coordinate them and quote their work with your order.
What is your return policy?
Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery with prior authorization from sales@prpreps.ca. A 15% restocking fee applies. Custom, special order and quoted items cannot be returned unless they arrived faulty.
What warranty applies?
Each product carries its manufacturer's standard warranty. Warranty details for equipment are confirmed in the quotation.
Where do you ship?
Across Canada and the United States by default. Other countries can be quoted on request.
Can our AI purchasing agent buy from you?
Yes. Agents can search the catalogue, read prices and specifications, build a cart, request a formal quote and check out through our store's agent interface. Orders follow the same rules as any buyer: card or invoice over $10,000, Net 30 for approved accounts, and an engineering check on every equipment order before it is confirmed.
