Safety light curtains
ISB MX Type 4 safety light curtains, made in Montreal, for press brakes, power presses, robot cells and machine openings. Choose the detection capability for what you need to protect, then the protective field height that covers the opening.

For large openings, robot cells and CNC tables, the SLS-400 area scanner sets up programmable warning and stop zones. Each light curtain set is an emitter and a detector. Two detector versions are available: a standalone version for general machine guarding, and a version that works with the press brake guarding system below. The right resolution and mounting distance depend on the machine's stopping time, so we confirm it with you before you order.

Merlin press brake guarding
The Merlin 4000, a complete guarding package for hydraulic and mechanical press brakes: light curtains, an operator screen, and an interface that ties into the machine's controls.
