- Sensing element, nominal resistance, accuracy requirement and instrument input.
- Required operating temperature range and process environment.
- Probe diameter, insertion length, sheath material and mounting restrictions.
- Process connection, wiring arrangement and termination requirements.
- Existing part number, drawing or clear photographs for replacements.
- Quantity, delivery country and city, required date and documentation needs.
If a detail is unknown, identify it as such and send the information available. We can review the enquiry before a specific configuration is quoted.

Questions before you buy
How much is shipping?
Ground shipping across Canada is a flat $40 for a small box up to 2 kg and $65 for a larger box over 2 kg. Pickup at our Mississauga location is free.
Can my company pay by purchase order?
Yes. Company accounts can pay by purchase order on approved terms. Add your PO number at checkout and choose Pay on invoice, or send us the PO. Orders over $10,000 are always paid on invoice.
Is this genuine Formdrill tooling?
Yes. Every thermal drill, form tap, holder and paste we sell is genuine Formdrill tooling, ordered from Formdrill.
Which drill do I need for my thread?
Each drill is matched to one thread size. Find your thread in the thread finder and it lists the drill in every style with the matching form tap. If you are unsure, send us a drawing and we will pick it for you.
Can I return a tool?
Returns need written authorization before they are sent back, and a restocking fee may apply. Contact us first and we will sort it out with you.
Who do I contact about an online order?
