Current frames are configuration options and do not establish the suitability of a complete panel. Supply-voltage limits, control-power requirements and any rectifier/DC configuration will be confirmed against the exact selected unit’s documentation before quotation.
What is an SCR power controller?
An SCR controller regulates electrical power delivered to a load. It is selected to work with your temperature-control system; it is not a temperature sensor.
Request a technical quotation
Please provide the supply voltage and frequency, single- or three-phase supply, heater kW and operating current, load material, wiring arrangement, control signal or communications protocol, panel ambient temperature, enclosure requirements and quantity. Include a wiring diagram or heater datasheet when available.
PRP Reps will review the application before confirming the configuration, price and delivery. Installation, protection and commissioning must follow the selected unit’s documentation and applicable electrical requirements.

Questions before you buy
How much is shipping?
Ground shipping across Canada is a flat $40 for a small box up to 2 kg and $65 for a larger box over 2 kg. Pickup at our Mississauga location is free.
Can my company pay by purchase order?
Yes. Company accounts can pay by purchase order on approved terms. Add your PO number at checkout and choose Pay on invoice, or send us the PO. Orders over $10,000 are always paid on invoice.
Is this genuine Formdrill tooling?
Yes. Every thermal drill, form tap, holder and paste we sell is genuine Formdrill tooling, ordered from Formdrill.
Which drill do I need for my thread?
Each drill is matched to one thread size. Find your thread in the thread finder and it lists the drill in every style with the matching form tap. If you are unsure, send us a drawing and we will pick it for you.
Can I return a tool?
Returns need written authorization before they are sent back, and a restocking fee may apply. Contact us first and we will sort it out with you.
Who do I contact about an online order?
