75 hp direct drive rotary screw compressor with variable speed drive, 575 V three phase, base mount. CSA approved, 100% continuous duty, low noise enclosure. Variable speed matches output to demand and cuts the unloaded running that wastes power in most plants. Choose the pressure rating: 127 to 357 cfm at 116 psi or 106 to 290 cfm at 145 psi. Noise 72 dB(A). Built in Ontario.

A 120 gal receiver in place of the 80 gal is available on the tank mounted versions. Tank and dryer versions include a prefilter, bypass, refrigerated dryer and the receiver. Not sure of the size? Questions before you buy
What does the price include?
The compressor package as described on the page. Freight, rigging, electrical connection, piping and startup are quoted to your site, because they depend on access, voltage and where the compressor will sit.
How do I know which size I need?
Start from your measured demand and pressure, not the nameplate of the old machine. The compressor room planner gives a first sizing, and we can log your system for a week to confirm it.
Fixed speed or variable speed?
Variable speed pays back when demand swings through the day or across shifts. A plant running flat out on one shift is usually better served by a fixed speed machine with a variable speed trim unit later.
Can I pay by purchase order?
Yes. Company accounts can pay by purchase order on approved terms. Orders over $10,000 are always paid on invoice.
Is pickup available?
Yes, pickup in Ontario can be arranged. Tell us when you order.
How we take the risk out of a project
A big purchase from a specialist supplier should feel safer than one from a catalogue, not riskier. This is how every equipment order is handled.
Size, voltage and site fit are checked by our engineering team on every equipment order. If something does not fit, we call you before anything ships.
Scope, who does what, schedule, start-up and the acceptance test are agreed in writing before you issue the purchase order. No surprises at commissioning.
Rigging, piping, electrical connection and start-up are done by licensed service partners in Ontario, with one point of contact: us.
For energy projects we can log power, pressure and flow before and after, so the savings are measured against your own baseline. How an audit works.
Every product carries the manufacturer's standard warranty, stated in writing with the order.
Orders over $10,000 are paid on invoice, never up front by card. Never send money to new banking details received by email. Payment safety.
