How much is shipping?
Ground shipping across Canada is a flat $40 for a small box up to 2 kg and $65 for a larger box over 2 kg. Pickup at our Mississauga location is free.
Can my company pay by purchase order?
Yes. Company accounts can pay by purchase order on approved terms. Add your PO number at checkout and choose Pay on invoice, or send us the PO. Orders over $10,000 are always paid on invoice.

Which drill do I need for my thread?
Each drill is matched to one thread size. Find your thread in the thread finder and it lists the drill in every style with the matching form tap. If you are unsure, send us a drawing and we will pick it for you.
Can I return a tool?
Returns need written authorization before they are sent back, and a restocking fee may apply. Contact us first and we will sort it out with you.
Who do I contact about an online order?
